The Er staff was great however on the second floor after I had surgery the two nurses that were assigned to my room were horrible one knocks down my flowers waking me up asked me what I did I told her I did nothing that she knocked down my flowers told her I couldn't reach them other nurse comes in and it was more than 24 hours since I had ate told me that I was being discharged I asked if I could sleep for another hour she said nope you have to go home now I got up to go to the bathroom almost collapsed and threw up then th... read more

The staff here is amazing. I came in with shortness of breath. And no insurance. They respected my relationship with Jim and treated him like nothing less than a spouse. When the three nurses tried to get me wired up to monitors I had a panic attack. This is the only time I felt they dropped the ball because what they needed to do came before the patient. If I could give this hospital a - number I would. I was sent over to the hospital from my physician because I was in "acute abdomanal distress" and refused service from the physician because I didn't have insurance. I was taken into a room in the lobby and told.... There is nothing we can do because you don't have any insurance, I would need to pursue another avenue. The hospital n staff were great ,, but when i took my daughter there cuz she had extreme stomach pains ,they gave her a cat scan n this is where things go wrong ,, after they didnt find the problem w her we get the bill ,now the scan cost them 245 bucks to hit the switch n they can charge a patient WITH insurance 1g to 20 g ,, guess how much this hospital charged us ,, you got it ,, 19,789 dollars USA ,, thats insane n then we paid 25 perc of that ,, but they had a huge gap of what they could of charged the insurance n they ... read more

I was here today with my son. We both have flu symptoms. We were treated exceptionally well and everyone on staff was especially nice and professional. It was a pleasant experience where we both felt like we were listened too and taken seriously. Unfortunately we both have the flu but at least we know what it is. Thanks again for the great care.
