I don't know where to start. I had to go to the ER here because my urologist was on call over the weekend at & since I was passing a stone, he could do the surgery there. The RNs in the back in the ER are extremely rude. I got brought back after an hour & a half & didn't even get a room. They put me in the middle of the hallway yet the 2 patients behind me got placed in rooms which to me is very wrong. This is truly the worst hospital for patient care that I've ever seen. Very poor was not an option on this sight. Transferred my brother from another hospital to here (after two previous attempts failed) to have a procedure the next morning only to be told at end of day Doctors left won't be back till Monday. He now has to stay over weekend for a procedure he was supposed to have a week ago. Praying he survives that long. 😡
This is the worst hospital ever. Starting with the ER doctor tonight, and the nursing staff. No organization, no corporation, no information. Been here since 7pm with my mother in law who by the way is 96. It is 2 am and we r still in the ER room waiting on a bed. Since she is going to be admitted and I had to find that out by the nurse, the doctor didn't even come in to tell me until I told the nurse I would like to talk to him. The staff is wonderful! They are taking great care of my loved one.
I've been to this hospital 2 times and have received the best possible care with the most pleasant staff. I would certainly tell someone that this is by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had in any hospital I've been in.
My wife had a total knee replacement yesterday. So far our experience has been outstanding the staff has been just great.
