I worked there. But if anyone has a problem with staff or physicians know matter what the problem we always expect you to report it to ceo. Just ask a staff member to bring you to the ceo office. Tell him about the entire issue you are having and he take care of it.
Spent 4 days there with Dr. Sam Hess. He repaired my back and I got my life back! Thanks to Doctor Hess and the staff. :-)
this review is based solely on PA Rick Jackson for cardiothoracic surgery. this man is extremely unprofessional. we were yelled at and embarrassed in front of a room full of waiting for patients. he got one inch from my husbands face and called him a liar over his symptoms. this is just one of many occurrences with his sarcastic mouth. he thinks he is God and everybody is beneath him and a piece of crap. we will never go to Fawcett again, or refer anybody there. thank you Mr Jackson for ruining an entire hospital experience.
