Mark Dooley helped me through a really traumatic and upsetting time. He was professional yet caring, and even though my situation could be seen as less important, he never made me feel that way, quite the opposite. He went the extra mile to make me feel more comfortable and he made sure to get me an outcome that would benefit me. It’s a shame we met under bad circumstances but nevertheless, it was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend Mark.

Phoned these guys for advice, spoke to Tim and he was very helpful indeed. Kind, caring and patience while I explain the situation. While they couldn't help directly, he gave me many useful pieces of advice and contact numbers.
