I have with the surgery for over 44 years and at the present time find that they have very competent doctors and the nurse I see is very very good. I filled in a form online on Thursday afternoon at about 4pm and received a text before the surgery closed offering me an appointment the next morning- I think that was amazing . Well done to the manager/ manageress.
It used to be a good practice. Having been with them many years, 20 plus, it is falling well below par. Changes in all surgeries have happened to most if not all. Weston Favel Plus should rename the surgery to Mission Impossible Plus. It is time for me to leave and go to one that looks after the patients better.
