RecommendedService was completed in a timely manner and well done. However, services were recommended based on mileage and not the actual condition. Faulkner isn't the only place where standard services can be made. That's maybe nitpicking.

I purchased a new Honda in March 2019, which was my third Honda from Faulkner. I took my car in on the 29th for my free oil change,state insp. and emissons.When i was checking out they said i owned 44 dollars for the emmissons test.when i purcased the car they said everything i mentioned was covered for the first year. when i was checking out the women cashier taking my money was very rude, while i was trying to explain to what i felt i was entilted to.I doubt if i will ever make the 128 mile trip to purchase another car fro... read more

He got me the best deal, and he explained everything in detail and so that I understood everything as this was my first time buying a car.
