RecommendedI purchased a Honda civic from Faulkner Honda yesterday. They have a great staff and have your interests in mind.
RecommendedIf you're young I do not recommend. Financial department kept hiking up the price for me to put down on a car unless I had a cosigner. First they told me 3 to 4 thousand and then the next day on the phone it jumped to 5 thousand. The only pleasurable experience I had was being helped by Ben Miller, he was extremely helpful and friendly!
RecommendedEven with COVID-19 still around, I want to say that Alex (Salesman) was absolutely great to me, answered any questions and still after I purchased the car still answers my calls with questions or concerns. We hit a snag with the original car I wanted to get, which wasn’t the dealership’s fault, I wound up getting a different vehicle and still am completely satisfied. I looked online, found a vehicle and was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Also Don Perry was a great help. I’d give my service a solid 5 ⭐️
RecommendedStaff was professional, courteous and efficient. During this pandemic, they allowed for speedy sign in and check out. We had plenty of room to socially distance in the waiting area. Kyle Kratzer was particularly impressive!

Dino D. went above and beyond to get me a great deal and the vehicle I wanted! Covid guidelines were practiced throughout the process making me feel safe!
