I paid close to 150.00 for 1.5 hours of work, this was for labor alone. Nothing else. I give up, no I won't come back. Then you insult people with giving someone 3.00 off on an oil change. Insulting, shame on you. Cancel my upcoming appointment please and thank you.

Went to test drive a car today and was told they had sold it prior to my arrival. I had set up an appointment to drive a specific car. A courtesy call to let me know it had sold would have been nice. They also made us feel like second class citizens when we told them we were looking for a used car (it was 2019 Pilot with 3,000 miles on it, so it was very lightly used) and directed us across the street where we were told to speak with the manager.
