I filled out online an "order" for a certified used civic. I received the email that Hank would be working with me and would be in contact on Monday since this was a Saturday evening. Monday afternoon came and I heard nothing. I went online through chat and low and behold connected with a Hank. He said he would let the managers know and they would be in contact....this was 3pm. Great experience at Faulkner Honda purchasing our 2017 Honda Accord XL. Our salesman Todd Chavey, was very professional and knowledgeable (especially with the Bluetooth setup). Entire process (test drive, trade in and paperwork) completed in 2 hours. This was our 4th Certified Pre-Owned Honda purchased from Faulkner. Always a good selection of vehicles and fair deals!

Had small issues the last two times I took my vehicle in for oil changes so starting to notice a pattern and I’m wondering when else they skip when I’m not checking their work. This time they didn’t fill my washer fluid which was bone dry and the last time they broke off two bolts when opening my engine air filter compartment and didn’t fix them so I had to find the issue myself. I realize these are small things but when paying $63 for an oil change I expect them to be done correctly or at least fixed when you realize you br... read more
