They have great service when you arrive and when you leave. Every person I was in contact with was very friendly. I felt they were honest and did not take me across by doing unnecessary repairs to run the Bill up.

The purchase of our new Honda Pilot was done remotely by phone with the help of Terry Sgrignoli. Terry was great in helping us pick out the extras we wanted. His experience and knowledge were invaluable and without ever been to Faulkner Honda or without ever meeting Terry we knew we were going to purchase our Pilot from Faulkner. The first time we were ever at Faulkner Honda was the day we arrived to purchase and drive home our new Pilot. This was the best vehicle purchasing experience I ever had.
