Several things were taken care of when I brought my CRV in. Everything was done in less time than they told me as I always wait for my car to be finished. All the employees I came in contact with were great. They knew there jobs and how to get my car done the most efficient way. The group at Honda are great.

These guys are the worst. Called to tell us car was done. Said it’d be quick. Pay deductible and sign a paper and be on your way. First thing, walked in and 4 different employees doing nothing didn’t even address us for 15 min. Took us to 4 DIFFERENT BUILDINGS; wanted to know what they were supposed to do with rental (standard for them to call enterprise and have them pick up) so I had to re-explain that to them after the person who called said that’s what they do.
