Let's face it, authorized dealer service is a bit more expensive, but I have found that in keeping our 2010 Honda Odyssey with 99,000 miles going transporting our grandchildren cross town and cross country, the service and reliability have been excellent and dependable. I have been working with Lindsay who has been most helpful in terms of helping me noodle through decisions about servicing the car and has extended courtesies when possible. I am very pleased and highly recommend the service department
