they will try to charge you for things covered under warrenty. this was the 2nd time they are so quick to blame the cutomer. they don't seem to realize customers do research things. Louis Pry amazing salesman. Some of the upper mgmt are great nownas far as the lower level people in service im not as happy with

RecommendedI absolutely recommend Faulkner Honda!! I went in on Friday night to look at Passport, unfortunately, I walked away from the deal as it wasn't where I wanted to be. At 9:30 Saturday morning, I received a call from the sales manager asking what they needed to do to get me in this car. Within 15 minutes of hanging up with sales manager, our sales man Billy was calling me. After 4 hours, we signed the papers and we were well under where I originally set my target payment.
