Our server was great, but she didn’t have much to work with in the kitchen. Apparently, most of the staff walked out so many of the staffers were learning on the fly. We had to send things back a few times. Tea wasn’t sweet. We had to listen to a staffer complain about being dehydrated and how difficult it is to “sweep the carpet”. I doubt we will be going back unless they get a complete overhaul.
Went their on Saturday and returned on Sunday the food was great both days . I’m from NC but will most definitely come back
I honestly can’t tell you how the food was because we were NEVER seated. We were a party of 2 adults and one toddler. We were told a 10 min wait. We clearly saw 5 open tables just from entering your establishment but said ok. After 20 min with those same 5 tables opened we cancelled and left. As we were leaving another family of 6 was asking to speak with a manager due to their seating and the couple behind us left as well. We were there last night. We had the all you can eat ribs. They were really good but the service was so bad we will never go back. Both times we ordered another portion it took almost 30 minutes to get it. The 2nd time we ordered more it took so long we asked for the check and left. Pretty sad when good food is ruined by bad service.
Worst ever Steaks raw Never got salad Waited over 1 hour Baked potato and ice tea only thing right
I was seated right away and where I requested. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious!! You should try the potatoe soup! I also had the fried fish. Large portions! I'll be back!
We were traveling and decided to stop by Fatz for lunch. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. Our server, Cylest, was super helpful, since we have never eaten at a Fatz before. When told that it was my husband’s birthday today, she got the other servers together to celebrate with us. It was actually one of the servers birthdays too!
