Good food.....
Fatz has always been my favorite restaurant, like a second home for me. Aaron has been a godsend for Fatz. The food has gotten a lot better and most of the servers have been great and polite. Special thanks go to Aaron, Jen, Adam, Theresa, and all those that work hard and are committed to doing their best.
It took over five minutes for anyone to even know we were there to be seated I had to flag someone down. That should have been my cue to go somewhere else. They were in the middle of shift change and one poor waitress for way too many tables. We had to wait for silverware and plates to finish washing as they had none. Server Kaleb was very nice. Food was NASTY! Who wants chicken that has been cooked in the same fryer as fish?!?! No rolls bc they did not prep enough and they were frozen! Manager on duty obviously has no clue what he is doing......
The service was great! Austin did a fantastic job! Everyone enjoyed the food as we were celebrating my son's College graduation! We were even aloud to bring in his cake and they were kind enough to provide us with additional plates and a knife! Thank you for making the day for all of us to enjoy!!
Celebrated my birthday with family at Fatz Cafe, in North Charleston tonight. There were about 18 of us. Austin was our server for the evening. Great food, fellowship, and incredible service! Thank you Austin!! ��
The service was good, and the staff was extremely nice. Got in and out fairly quick for lunch time
We used to love Fatz. I dont know if there was a change in management or what but it has definitely gone down hill. Service has been extremely slow the last 3 times we have visited and the quality of the food is poor. Im not sure we will be back.
