When we arrived, they said it would be around 35 minute wait for a dinner. We waited for 1.15 minutes and never got a table. We went in several times and the hostess said only 10 more minutes each time we asked how much longer. The hostess was not the best and should be clear on how long of a wait there is. Was disappointed how long the wait was when she said 35 minutes. We ended up leaving because of the poor service.
I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. The servers and hostes are sweet fun and friendly. I hope that people experience what I did with amazing Amber. Thanks sweet heart and you enjoy and I pray for your success. ����
Great atmosphere and great service. And the food...OMG! Delicious and plenty of it. I also recommend the kids's sundae. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and fresh strawberries.
Fatz is one of my favorite restaurants, and today was honestly the first time I didn't have a great experience. Our server, Patrick was wonderful. However they seemed to be very understaffed, which doesn't make sense considering it's Easter Sunday. I watched him put our appetizer in, and we never got it. When we were seated, we received a flyer stating that kids eat free today. What happened to this place!? We have always enjoyed this restaurant. Tonight the whole vibe was different. It's different and not for the better. The new menu is less than desirable. The food doesn't seem to be as good as it was before. My husband used to love the pot pie. He ordered it tonight, not knowing it was totally different. For the $62 bill for 2 people it Should have been better. They used the wrong cheese, and didn't melt it properly, and the inner part of the steak wasn't warn pink like medium-rare, the air conditioning vents were right above blowing cool air causing the food to grow cold faster than it should.
