The baked potato was good. The chicken sandwich was less desirable. The bread was bigger than the piece of chicken. I believe I received a chicken finger on a big piece of Texas toast. It was more bread than chicken. One piece of tomato and wilted lettuce. Waitress was nice. Will i recommend to people, yes, to NOT go there. Extremely disappointed after being told it's a great place. Well not so great. Not worth the money I paid
I've never been before & decided to take my kids there to eat before the stingrays game on 3/11. I didn't mind the 30 min wait but for the hostesses to not be able to read her own hand writing & sit a family of six ,that came in after me, by accident showed the carelessness. Then it took about 5-10min for my waitress to come to the table. I ordered sodas for my kids, water for me & an alcoholic drink. Got all our drinks except my adult beverage. Entire place is filthy, sat down at our table and it is poorly cleaned hands and forearms stick to it from the residue. Got a cesarean salad and the lettuce was browned in the whole bowl. Did not receive napkins or silver ware until main dishes came out. Highly disappointed.
Dirty. Shrimp stunk! Can't get the taste and smell out of my system. Service was awful! Never going back!
This establishment had great tasting food and a attentive waitress!
The service was horrible. We waited over 35 minutes with a restaurant that was 1/2 full. My food was cold. I had to ask 3 times for cocktail sauce that the menu said came with the meal. We had to ask for refills every time our tea was empty. My friend asked for a meal to go and they brought out the wrong meal. Not a good experience.
Went here with family, who came from out of town, We were highly disappointed. It took more than an hour for us to get our food. When our food came out it was cold, and half of my boyfriends chicken tenders were either over cook or undercook/raw. Out of the 4 of us, we had to send back 2 of our plates! I guess since we sent back 2 plates, the manager was alerted. He came out, very nice, explained to us what's going on with the restaurant and how they are trying to fix it.
