We usually love it and we went last night food all around sucked! Everything was overlooked, salad had bad pieces of lettuce, my moms potatoes was hard as a rock, and they over cooked our steaks and the chicken was old. Not going back! Thanks for ruining a good place. We have friends as well that were loyal customers and they won't be back either.
Customer service was excellent!!! Best in Charleston. Manager (Trevor)and waitress Ashely took great care of our table and went above and beyond.
went and had the steak. It tasted old and had very little flavor. The spinach tasted like it came from a tin can. Lacked flavor too. My prior visit the food was good, but this last visit was poor. Food quality varies by day so you roll the dice with each meal. Not sure if we will go back. We might get a good day, but may be not.
Wed. Feb. 17, 2016 was the first time I ever been there, and won't be my last. Great tasting food/drinks. I shall recommend Fatz Cafe of N. Charleston

Great place to eat! I will be visiting them again and I recommend that you all try Fatz cafe if you haven't yet!!!
Food / service .... Can't cook steaks correctly
FATZ Server and Mgmt heard what I wished they still had and they started figuring out how to make me happy. Excellent Service tonight...and I was very happy with my customized CHICKEN PASTA...with Jelly Beans! Just kidding.
