About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. RecommendedWe ordered the bruschetta 4 wow amazing flavors. The fennel sausage pizza was plenty for 2 with leftovers. Also awesome. Service was great and it was a wonderful dinner!

Drove up from Chandler on the recommendation from Diners, Driveins and Dives and I was not disappointed, fantastic pizza,salad and the meatballs were outstanding!! Make a return trip this summer and maybe stay a few days and partake once again!!

We got there about 5:30 and was seated reasonably quickly. We sat at the pizza bar and enjoyed watching the boys make various items. Our pizza was bought out quickly and was delicious.
20 minutes wait for a table which was nice and quick. Got seated at the pizza bar. The two couples seated there after us had their drink orders and one of them even got their food. We waited 20 minutes and left since no waiter ever showed up. Ended up going to Five Guys for my wife’s birthday instead.
Marguerita pizza and spaghetti with meatballs were yummy! Bread with olive oil and balsamic was very good too. Cheesecake with caramel was super yummy too!
