About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. Food & service is AMAZING
What can I say, other than I wish we didn’t live so far away so I could return again and again! We’re vacationing in Arizona and were coming through Flagstaff after a day trip, and a google search led us to Fat Olives. The Belgio Dolce pizza was unexpectedly AMAZING. The happy hour apps were great, dessert was rich and perfect, and our server was the sweetest. I would definitely go back!
Hannah was great. Nice, polite, funny and efficient. Food was great, Peroni beer is always a plus. Won't bust your budget either so that is always a good thing. Definitely will return and recommend...
We’ve been at Fat Olives for the first time Sept. 2018. Service was great. As we’re both big meatlovers, our waiter suggested a feature special pizza which was not listed on the menu. This pizza turned out to be super! This was our reason for coming back, on our wat to Sedona, end of Sept. 2019. OUTSTANDING PIZZA! Also IMPECCABLE SERVICE! The entire staff were very friendly . Setting was very comfortable. I Highly recommend FAT OLIVES for Pizza in Flagstaff. Also a big shout out to Mike who served me today. It was more than worth the 65 mile drive from Cottonwood.

Everything was really good!!
Really good food. Was a little disappointed in the amount of fennel sausage on my pizza. Clearly not enough. The Sangria was exceptional as was the misto appetizer. Will go back for sure.
