About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. RecommendedMy fiancé and I made a reservation here for our anniversary dinner. We had seen the restaurant on Diners Drive-ins and dives. We drove from Phoenix to make a night of Flagstaff. We had a mishap with our hotel and called Fat Olives to see if we could change our reservation to a later time, they happily obliged. We were seated right away. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. Miss Piggy pizza is the best anywhere. The lasagne is perfection. A local restaurant done right, treats the staff right. Proud to support them.

Never ever disappoints! Food is phenomenal atmosphere is enjoyable staff is always friendly and helpful. Everytime I am in Flagstaff I eat at Fat Olives. absolutely love everything about it!
We ordered the bruschetta 4 wow amazing flavors. The fennel sausage pizza was plenty for 2 with leftovers. Also awesome. Service was great it and it was altogether a wonderful dinner!
