About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. First time here at Fat Olives. I would travel across the u.s.a just to come here. They have amazing food great prices and very nice staff. Anyone coming through here. Please stop and eat here. You wont want to go anywhere else. I promise. I give this 10 star's rating not 5.
