About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. RecommendedWe just happened to see Fat Olives featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives a couple days ago while in Lake Havasu, and the food looked so tasty & creative that we added it to our Route 66 must do list. Oh my gosh-totally as delicious as expected. Best pizza I have ever had (and we have eaten our way through Italy.) The warm olive app is wonderful, as is the wood fire roasted artichokes. Service was super friendly and we enjoyed the outside seating. We live in Washington State, but I would return to Arizona just to eat here!

We went here as it was a triple D place close to home and now it is a must stop anytime we are in Flagstaff. My kids get their pizza which is amazing. The dough is 4 ingredients only and so fresh. The pasta and sauce is nothing short of amazing. I cannot wait to go back and I was just there a few days ago.

Driving thru Flagstaff and we were starving. Stopped at this place and I’m so glad we did. We will go back and back again. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time but that’s not all they have to choose from. Pastas, antipasto, huge salads.....Sophia, our waitress was the best!!!! Wish it was closer to our home!
