About this business
Our oven was handcrafted in Italy by the Valoriani family. Our mozzarella and burratta is handmade, right here, every day. Our tomato sauce is made with "crushed" San Marzano tomatoes. We import and use only "00" Caputo flour. We are proud to be part of the slow food movement and use only local produce when available. RecommendedJust celebrated a birthday at Fat Olives - food was delicious, service was exceptional (thank you Dillon), socially distancing is done right and we watched a strong cleaning protocol take place when customers were done with their tables. Kudos to John Conley and his team! There is a reason that Fat Olives is a restaurant that we feel safe to come to and dine in! Thank you for a job well done😀
Dylan our server was awesome.👍 he new the wine selection and helped us out with a few choices.🍷 The food was delicious. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone living or visiting Flagstaff.
We had to wait an hour but it was Saturday night after all. Worth the wait!!!! The hostesses were super friendly and helpful. The portions were large and not skimpy. The dishes we had were hearty and delectable . The salad with roasted chicken for my husband was delish he said. My meatballs!!!!! They were the bomb! We will be back . Best Italian in flagstaff!! We are from out of town and wanted sobering authentic and filling with great atmosphere outside. We found it!!

Great food and atmosphere, we had the goat cheese bruschetta, caprese and olives, they were all delicious.
A Diners, Drive In’s, and Dives recommendation. Good pizza. Fantastic server, Alex. She took really good case of us. I would recommend going there next time your in Flagstaff.
