Was not impressed at all. Went for dinner last night and it was just okay so we decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves and went for breakfast. It was terrible. Was there for an hour and half and when we got our food it was over cooked, cold and everything had a fishy taste. The management made it right but would not recommend this for the price they charge.
The most amazing food yet the most horrible service. This place came highly recommended but three orders of food should never take an hour plus to get to you. Especially when a table of seven gets seated after you, orders after you yet received their food before you? Very frustrating.
Love eating here when in Valdez. Brought my cousin and his wife, who are visiting from New York, there yesterday. The food was great as usual but the service was very bad. I didn't see Karen around because if she was there everything would be running smoothly. The cook came out and sat at a table in the addition part of the restaurant, which had 4 tables of customers and proceeded to call and place the restaurants food order. He was VERY loud!
