Fantastic service again! If you want honest people who treat you fairly and with real empathy, this is the place to go. The best thing about this garage is that I never feel talked down to like I do at other garages - no feeling stupid for not understanding things. Highly recommended!
ALL GARAGES SHOULD BE LIKE THIS! Set the standard and I will categorically not go anywhere else. Even though I took my car into this garage for the first time today (engine warning light on) and they had to deliver me the bad news that my head gasket had gone the staff gave me unbelievably fantastic service - from everyone in the building (front desk ladies, mechanic and even other customers there!) Fantastic garage, fitted me in for a full service at shortish notice. Mega friendly, helpful, and straight talking team offering great prices. A workshop area you could eat your dinner off! Love the American theme. Why go anywhere else.
Had an urgent issue with my car called at 11 had me in same day by 1:30 and all resolved the same day absolutely amazing garage and great customer service.
