Avoid Avoid Avoid! I phoned this company last night asking for an out of hours plumber to come and replace a split Flexi hose under my kitchen sink. They totally relied on me to provide the replacement hose, rather than bringing spares along with them as a normal plumber would do. A man turned up with zero spare parts and told me he couldn't do the job. He then told me I should buy the spare hose the next day and fit it myself. And they charged me £240 for the privilege.
