I had a stone replaced in my wedding band same day service! Excellent repair job the jeweler was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly Guilia helped me.
My granddaughter bought my grandmother ring from Fast fix. It is a beautiful ring which I get many compliments on. I was very happy with the ring they made me. Picture in comments
Had a necklace repaired never wore it went to oit it on and it was broken. Although receipt said 6 month warranty they made up some bullshit excuse why it was covered. Also wanted a ring resized they said it would be 59.00. Walked to Reeds and they did it fir 29.00. They also sell watch batteries for 29.00 with 5 year free replacement. Reeds does ut for 19.00 and will replace for the lifetime of the watch. Fast fix is very rude too.
Had my iPhone screen repaired, when I got my phone back the screen tilt was off and battery draining excessively. Called to let them know and was told had a 90 day warranty. With my work and schedule took it back 5 weeks later and was told it was only a thirty day warranty and that my battery was prob old and that's why it wouldn't hold a charge. Highway robbery, this is ridiculous. I will not suggest this place to anyone. $70 for a tiny pin to fix my necklace. The pin isn't even gold or visible.
