Everyone is extremely helpful. Sam, Rachel & Sheila really went above & beyond on my engagement ring. It needed 2 baguettes & fill in everywhere. I wasn't going to leave it & Sam finished in about 1 1/2 hrs. A beautiful job, looks like it did 21 years ago!!! I am truly thankful for these fine people.
I was quoted $20 dollars to replace a battery in one watch and $30 dollars for another one. I decided not to have it done. I bought both batteries from Batteries and Bulbs for $8 dollars and replaced them myself saving $42 dollars. I understand you have to make a profit but $42 dollars for 5 minutes of "work" is a bit ridiculous.
RecommendedTook my diamond engagement/wedding band in to be repaired as a diamond had fallen off. Had it “overhauled” in Maryland less than 2 years ago where it cost hundreds of dollars so I was dismayed to have that happen so soon. Fast Fix made many repairs today including replacing the diamond and explained all they were going to do. These repairs are clearly visible and my ring looks spectacular. In MD I had to wait a couple weeks, today just a few hours. So yes I do recommend!
Horrible business that doesn't stand behind their work or care about loyal customers....
I took my watch in there to get a new watch band and they took care of me. They fixed my band in a very short time and they were courteous and the service was excellent

$17 dollars to put a back on a watch!!! What a rip-off, you should be ashamed of yourselves! It took 1 minute and cost you nothing to do it! Bring back mom and pops where folks actually treat folks kindly!!
Great assistance for replacing a couple watchbands.
Watches are not new technology. Most of us have had a watch battery replaced before, for under $20. You cannot charge $60-80 for a watch battery replacement, especially when Mike Butler @ Sears charges $10.
Rachel is wonderful! Awesome customer service!!!! Very knowledgeable and service was fast and quick! Highly recommended!!!! Rachel is the best!
