I took my watch there to get the hour hand realigned. I had to take it back because of fogging and I have fogging again. I need it fixed right!

Got quoted the wrong price for a ring because the person who gave the quote didn’t measure the ring right. Instead of trying to fix the problem the manager said have a great day and walked away. Looks like they need to learn how to do their job. That’s after saying an appraisal would be 100$ and it would take a week. Compared to other places that takes 25 minutes. Years of being a customer. Gone. Go somewhere else.

I needed to have my wedding band sized (one size up). It took less than 2 hours and it looks beautiful and fits perfectly! They also cleaned it along with my engagement ring. I'm very impressed and will definitely be back!

I had them put some more diamonds in my husband band . It turned out beautiful I almost started to cry it is so nice price was very responsible. I would highly recommend them been using them for over 4 years

The manager and the employee’s are rude. No customer service provided here at all! If I was the owner, I would get them some customer service classes or get new staff! Ridiculous! The sad thing is, I didn’t even go there, I heard the way they were treating a customer. No respect at all!
