I have taken my Fossil watch there several times over the past 5 years for battery changes. They were very quick and professional. My warranty was still intact so this last battery change was free of charge. Great people and beautiful jewelry.
Scam artists at their best! Claimed my diamond ring needed $800 worth of work, my local jeweler fixed for $30! Claimed my daughter's diamond ring was fine and 2 weeks later a diamond fell out. DO NOT GO TO THIS FAST FIX!!!!!! Huge rip off.
AVOID AT ALL COST! I should have known better. My wife’s wedding ring had a very small diamond on the side of the ring fall off. We go to drop off the ring to have it repaired and they up-sold us to have all the diamonds tightened down. $140 and I figured it was kinda expensive but I didn’t mind because it had to be fixed. 2 weeks after we had it fixed another diamond fell out. Even though my receipt said “Army” Ring, it is in fact, an Ancient Freemasonry Ring valued at several hundred dollars. I was awarded this ring in 1971. I asked, how much would an appraisal cost?
