I needed watch links removed and it was super simple to go in and figure out how many I needed off. When I tried it on it was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!
Got quoted the wrong price for a ring because the person who gave the quote didn’t measure the ring right. Instead of trying to fix the problem the manager said have a great day and walked away. Looks like they need to learn how to do their job. That’s after saying an appraisal would be 100$ and it would take a week. Compared to other places that takes 25 minutes. Years of being a customer. Gone. Go somewhere else.

I took a ring in to have it downsized 1/2 size. They quoted $95.50! Then on top of that, they told me it was missing a diamond. Two of their “jewelers” said a diamond was missing. Sounds like teamwork to me! $179.95 to replace the diamond and down size it by 1/2 size. The ring cost less than $100 brand new. I passed on their services. Walked down to Reeds to discover from their “jewelers” that the ring was NOT missing a diamond, and was quoted $33 to re-size it. The manager and the employee’s are rude. No customer service provided here at all! If I was the owner, I would get them some customer service classes or get new staff! Ridiculous! The sad thing is, I didn’t even go there, I heard the way they were treating a customer. No respect at all!
