They did a beautiful repair on my favorite ring. I lost the stone because the prong broke. They ordered the new stone and repaired the prong in about 2 weeks. Exceptional work & friendly service.

I took a ring in to have it downsized 1/2 size. They quoted $95.50! Then on top of that, they told me it was missing a diamond. Two of their “jewelers” said a diamond was missing. Sounds like teamwork to me! $179.95 to replace the diamond and down size it by 1/2 size. The ring cost less than $100 brand new. I passed on their services. Walked down to Reeds to discover from their “jewelers” that the ring was NOT missing a diamond, and was quoted $33 to re-size it.
