Called to enquire about a property. It had been sold but I was interested in the area and a property like that. I got told they had nothing and to go away and keep looking. No interest in my position, budget, requirements etc. The guy could not get off the phone fast enough. Very bizarre as estate agents usually want to help.

I recently sold a property and having Farrow and Farrow as my estate agent it was so simple. From Emma’s first visit her valuation and photos were spot on. Viewings by Seth took all the hassle away and updates from Peter, their communication was excellent. I cannot fault the whole team and would highly recommend them. Many thanks again.

I sold my house recently and cannot recommend the team at Farrow and Farrow enough. From valuation to completion they were always courteous and professional. They dealt with everything quickly and effectively and were extremely helpful when I raised any concerns I had. My sale went through quickly, largely thanks to them! Highly recommended!

Having Farrow & Farrow as our estate agent was an absolute dream! From Emma first coming to value our property, to listings, to a few phone calls with Seth in between, it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. Can't thank them enough for how amazing they were and would highly recommend. :)

Awful service. Farrow & Farrow manage a rental property for me and I constantly struggle to get them to pay me my rent. I phone virtually every week and never receive a call back.
