Zach responded and visited my mother’s home to fix a very dodgy front door. He was cheerful, polite, respectful and just generally awesome! Door fixed with no issue. Super skilled and professional. Zach fixed my 2 composite doors which had become misaligned so I couldn’t lift the handle high enough to lock them. After Zach adjusted the doors, they both work extraordinarily smoothly and lock perfectly.
Zach and Jordan (window doctors!) fitted new locks, cleaned all the internal mechanisms, checked all seals, cleaned the windows and the surrounds and replaced a damaged window pane (in our bay window). They were punctual, efficient, tidy and did a brilliant job on windows that are over 20 years old. I'd highly recommend Farrell's.
