Took both Honey and Charlie for their annual check ups and vaccinations. Beth was absolutely brilliant with both and highlighted some health concerns for both. She gave me all the options available to me, no pressure was put on me to make any decision. Due to Honey’s being slightly more urgent, blood sample was taken immediately and a couple of hours later Beth phoned me with the results. Couldn’t recomend enough. Under the worst circumstances but couldn’t fault this vets. Our guinea pig today was very unwell and fitting we called up and they rushed him in straight away helped him as best they could but nothing could be done. They gave us a lot of comfort time to say good bye gave us options the lady who helped us was so friendly polite and respectful. They totally missed that my dog was in so much pain and had cancer !! They sent her home on pain killers saying it was arthritis! She passed 2 days later,
A visit for routine injections. Very helpful, friendly staff, no long wait. I had a few questions and they were very informative. My rather timid dog seemed quite at ease.
Always caring, efficient, nice people too.
