Terrible business, don’t have any care for potential customers, highly recommend no one works with them.
Had our sash windows replaced throughout our home and what a beautiful job Farnham Joinery have done. Great communication and a perfect finish. Would highly recommend and will be using them again for our other projects.
We have dealt with Farnham several times over the past 8 years whilst doing up parts of our flat - and have always found them extremely helpful, reliable, with great workmanship and excellent value for money. They are extremely busy - they normally work on huge contracts - but this has never impacted on the work they have done for us. In fact they also went out of their way to help us with our terrible cowboy builder who was overseeing our conversion at the time. Do not touch this company with a barge pole! They replaced some windows for me: endless problems, poor workmanship, and very difficult to deal with. They never return calls or answer emails. Require massive amounts of chasing up. And, frankly, are unreliable in what they me. Avoid at all costs!
Completely unreliable. After weeks of chasing them to send me a written quote for the job they came to measure, they tell me to look for somebody else because they are very busy...
