A shame I can't leave 0 stars ... Farnham Carriage Company... More like Farnham Carnage Company. Complete waste of my stepson's time and money - booked to view and test drive car Saturday morning, confirmed Friday afternoon, travelled down from Leicester, only to find the car being taken out by someone else who had booked to view and test drive at the same time ... Worst experience, completely avoid at all costs. Travelled 4 hours to see a car only to arrive to another person in the process of buying the car. Rang the day before to confirm the viewing and all was fine. On top of that, the car was not as described with much more damage than stated on the advert. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid⚠️ We travelled for 4 hours to view a car at 10:15am, having re-confirmed the viewing the day before at 4pm, for the car to be sold to another buyer who had also been booked in for the exact same time. There was no mention of any other viewers. The car also had notably more damage than had been listed, including significant scratches on the front and rear bumpers. Purchased Honda Type S civic and Martin was very pleasant and helpful. Only 2 things I’ve noticed is the radio/climate screen digits go missing and done 200 miles within 3 days of purchase and the amber oil light has come on , have topped it up. Booked in with a mate to get it fully serviced. Oh dear ! This was the report on the car I was sold ! New front struts never had the protective dust covers installed and see the rest !
