Extremely pleasant experience.
I had mixture of sports massage, hot stones massage, dry cupping and Indian head massage. I sit in front of computer a lot and my shoulders are tight. My calves are also very tight from walking and running. Rich knows his stuff and explained very well about the differences between each massages. That’s why his calendar is always booked up!!
