let's just say I miss Crown Dodge. the customer service is horrible. our car a 2008 Dodge Avenger has been in and out the shop since August. at first they said it was the transmission they were waiting for Chrysler to approve a rebuild or brand new transmission. when we picked it up the first time they said it was a software update that needed to be done. the car has been back four times and is still at the shop right now the last two times we drove the car away from the shop and it started immediately with the problems that... read more

Very very happy with the service, was passing through with 18 ram 3500 and had transmission issues, they got me in and out in 1 day. Very professional and friendly, and they all liked my dog:)
