we purchased a 2018 dodge journey in Feb. 3rd 2018 and didnt get the title in till March 2nd. then when wife picks up title you take the dealer tag off leaving no tags on the vehicle we purchased. we had a temp tag before we got the dealer plate because they had no idea when the title would come in. and if it came in late said they would write a check for the penalty. what about the ticket we could possible get for not getting our temp tag back and driving with no plates
