I’m sorry I have not been as fortunate as most of you giving great reviews. I’ve followed Farmgirl for several years on Instagram and ask my hubs to use them next time he thought of flowers. So last year he ordered for our anniversary. I never received them in Dallas, Tx. They refunded his money. This year he thought he’d try again. I met Christina in Chicago as we were both literally running from our plane, that had just landed, to catch our next flight to Memphis. We missed it. She was assigned to the next available flight to Memphis but I was bumped to the next morning’s flight to Memphis. My son sent me Farmgirl Flowers for my birthday and they are gorgeous! The fall colors are exquisite. They arrived in a beautiful box and were perfectly packaged. I appreciate the care that went into designing my arrangement, and will recommend Farmgirl Flowers to my friends and family.
Decided to use Farmgirl Flowers for the first time because I've followed them and love the look of their flowers. Spent $137 on flowers, vase, clippers + shipping and flowers show up with no vase + no clippers. Flowers are beautiful but I won't be using again because I can't trust they will actually ship what I order. It takes away from the experience when you don't get what you ordered and then you have to spend 15 minutes dealing with customer service. Disappointing.
