My flowers were wilted and in bad shape🙄 Very disappointed
I ordered a holiday bouquet for my future in laws and the bouquet was delivered dead on Christmas Eve. Farmgirl refused to refund me, and only offered to ship another bouquet...which I found useless as they were a holiday gift and the holiday is long since over. I'm disappointed in both the over priced dead flowers I purchased and the messy customer service I received when trying to get a solution.
First order and the flowers are wilted. Very unimpressed.
RecommendedThe minimalist bouquet I sent to a friend did not disappoint. She sent me a photo. Just lovely. I will buy from Farmgirl Flowers again. The next day delivery was perfect!

Have used you on two occasions...once the order was messed up and the second time the flowers were bruised and some broken. Not impressed will not use or recommend you.
