RecommendedWe had ordered a wreath for an open house and Santa photos for our store this weekend. We ordered a month ago and got an unfortunate email that shipping updated and was now being delivered after our event. I contacted their customer service (and admittedly was very disappointed and let them know so) and they 100% made it right. Highly impressed with their customer service and would recommend to anyone given their quick response to make it right and save the Santa photos ;)
Not sure of the price, since I received it as a MOG (mother-of-groom) gift. Best quality mailed flowers I’ve ever received. In addition to the bouquet, the packaging is beautiful. I even got a feminist heart ornament and chocolate bar.
I’ve ordered three times from them now and the ladies that I buy for absolutely love them! They are stunningly beautiful and last a long time! Makes a great gift! The pictures below are the ones I just sent for my MIL.
