My family will be forever grateful for the sheer kindness and love shown by the ladies from Farleighs towards my mum in her last days. From the get go everything was seamless and nothing could have been too much for them, we were given the utmost support and my mums care was outstanding. We cannot express our gratitude highly enough to Farleys. They cared for Marianne Thorns so beautifully and respectably. They organised and coordinated all of Marianne's care from the minute she was discharged from hospital to caring for Marianne at home. They liaised with hospital, district nurses, gp, carers, and son Eddie to make sure all was organised and communicated to everyone at all times. We really could not have done without you all. 5 star treatment for inpatients looking for comfort in their last few days. The doctors, nurses and health care assistants did *everything* they could to make my mum’s time there as pain free as possible. They also made sure that me and my family had all we needed during this tough time. The room my mum had looked out over a beautiful garden, and in the morning that she passed there were doves out at the bird feeder. Thank you to all the volunteers and fundraisers that support all the work that the hospice does.
