You are given an appointment at a certain time and then it ends up going 20-30 mins past and then you get your turn sometimes even more time Time keeping isn't good Not professional

My son needs an appointment and the online service as not been working and says "loading"since beginning of last week. I am waiting for a call back. Can you tell me why this is?

I put in a request for an appointment on the 7th March, heard nothing so rang surgery, was told I was on list for physio, said I didn't want that, I requested a face to face appointment, and was then told my request was pending, 2 weeks later, still waiting. In the mean time, after being told at my med review that as my symptoms had worsened, I should be seen, for further investigation, but mot a thing has happened. Absolutely disgraceful. I made an appointment online using the self assessment, recieved a call within the hour with slots available, booked myself in on arrival, and was seen promptly at the time my appointment was set for. The doctor was polite and efficient, what more could I want? Maybe I came on a good day, but there did seem to be some people there that maybe don't understand the process, or are easily confused (that's me being very polite), so possibly some of the low reviews are more to do with the clients leaving them than the surgery.
