Trying to book a appointment is a joke on this app and wheres the systems on line app gone, it's not visable on the app very clearly
Waited 2 weeks for cortisone injection in my knee, only to have it cancelled on same day, then told can't book me back in for a month as only one doctor who cab do the injection.....ffs load of crap, I've turned work down for today and the weekend, so out of pocket financially too, aswell as in pain. Tried too book online appointment today, they phoned me back and fobbed me off too the hospital minor injuries department....... so that will be a 2hr+ wait in airdale just for a finger knuckle that I banged ..... Had a blood test a year ago and they didn’t tell me that my cholesterol was very high. Moved to a new doctor’s and they have put me on medication and said I am at risk of heart disease. Modality should have contacted me about this.
