Apparently there's a waiting list for something, but what no one knows. And judging by these old reviews no one's using the unknown services they apparently assume a caller needs before establishing why a person is calling so how can there be a waiting list! They even pulled the privallaged card on me by saying " you're not the only one needing our help" I get fed up with discrimination so don't use those words and try asking what the person is going through and explain how you can assist. I did work experience here last week, thoroughly enjoyed it, everyone was kind and helpful and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to do work experience in a caring environment! Thank you!!!!
