If the kids are bored with the video games and are yearning for something far from the ordinary, travel 35 minutes north of Branson to this spectacular underground chamber. Discovered in 1862 by a farmer's dog, these huge caverns are filled with stalactites and stalagmites. All tours take place on a guided jeep-pulled tram in order to preserve the natural features and each tour lasts about an hour. The underground temperature remains at or near 60 degrees, so dress appropriately.

The ride through on the tram is great for those who cannot walk far. The guides share all sorts of interesting facts about the cave including its history. Be sure to take a walk around the grounds if you are able. The spring area is gorgeous.
Super friendly people. Miranda did a fabulous job being our tour guide. Would definitely recommend this as a travel stop 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
great place for kids to learn about caverns, Sam the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable 😀
So worth it! Friendly and welcoming staff. 25$ for a beautiful tour as well as a picture to remember it by. And if you’re into healing stones definitely check out the minerals they have for 99 cents!
Beautiful cave, accessible to people with disabilities! Great local history, friendly staff! Awesome antiques and vintage vehicles in the visitor center! Very cool, family entertainment at a reasonable price! FUN!!!
My fiance and I went and we're very happy we did. Our tour guide(Richard) was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The cave itself was awesome to look at. Many structures the observe that are incredibly old and amazing. Def worth it! Beautiful MO attraction, to say the least!!
this place is beautiful! we learned so much about cave systems, pollution and its effects on cave systems, wildlife, cave formations, and the history of the cave and this area! very intrigued about the backstory and history of the cave! we will definitely be back with friends and family
Great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the history lesson behind the cavern, given by our tour guide, Marcy.
We took out of state family to Fantastic Caverns after Christmas. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. As the tour had ended out came the pictures they took in the beginning. We were waiting for the “you can purchase these as you exit” but to our surprise and delight they were a thank you. Would definitely recommend visiting.
