About this business

If the kids are bored with the video games and are yearning for something far from the ordinary, travel 35 minutes north of Branson to this spectacular underground chamber. Discovered in 1862 by a farmer's dog, these huge caverns are filled with stalactites and stalagmites. All tours take place on a guided jeep-pulled tram in order to preserve the natural features and each tour lasts about an hour. The underground temperature remains at or near 60 degrees, so dress appropriately.

The ride through on the tram is great for those who cannot walk far. The guides share all sorts of interesting facts about the cave including its history. Be sure to take a walk around the grounds if you are able. The spring area is gorgeous.

So worth it! Friendly and welcoming staff. 25$ for a beautiful tour as well as a picture to remember it by. And if you’re into healing stones definitely check out the minerals they have for 99 cents!

We took out of state family to Fantastic Caverns after Christmas. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. As the tour had ended out came the pictures they took in the beginning. We were waiting for the “you can purchase these as you exit” but to our surprise and delight they were a thank you. Would definitely recommend visiting.
