Since I have no other option buy to write a review on this page so let it be. I called Fancy Fur last year around September to make an appointment for my dog, we are not new clients so I gave all information to a lady I talked on the phone and after a minute of checking she said that they are pretty booked for few months ahead and gave me no information about any days or months where we can make an appointment, I gave up and took my dog to another place. They did a wonderful job with my Reese. I was so worried about how she was going to do but they were excellent with her!! I couldn’t be more happy with the way she turned out! Thank y’all so much for a wonderful first visit.

We brought our husky Aspen here after having a horrible experience at a different local groomer, which left him with bruising and a very matted coat. The ladies of Fancy Fur were so welcoming and loving to our fur baby. He is very shy and doesn’t take well to new people and warmed up to these ladies instantly. We went in for a meet and greet and came up with a plan to get my dog‘s coat back in the condition it was before it was ruined by the other groomers. My dog, Riley loves to go get his bath at Fancy Fur. They are always so nice to Riley and they do a wonderful job. He did not want to leave them today, which shows how good they are to him. I have no worries when I leave him.

Easily one of the best pet grooming/ shops around. The owner to Shelly at the front desk, they all genuinely care about the pets in their care as well as the owners. They’ve went above and beyond for Dexter (my pup ) and myself; so it makes it an easy decision to drive over from Trussville to support their location! Hands down, the best place we’ve tried in the Birmingham area in the past six years.

I called to schedule a first time appointment. The lady went over the required things that I needed in order to set the appointment which included up to date shots for my Pom baby. I told her he does have all of his shots of which I have proof and she asked for the vets name of where he goes. I provided her with the info as well as my contact info, she stated she would call me back. That was Thursday,today is Saturday and I’ve received no call back. I have hopped around from different groomers, looking for the right one. Like any mom I have concerns and I'm protective of my dawghters. Finally I can stop searching! Upon calling, Fancy Fur told me what I needed to know up front and truly put my baby's needs first during her grooming process. They truly care about each baby that comes in. She is not just a dog, she is my kid. Thank you Fancy Fur!

I bring my Yorkie here and have been for many years and we both love the ladies at Fancy Fur. They take great care of my fur babies as if it was their own baby.

My sweet little Izzy visits Fancy Fur to get her hair done! I was looking at a older picture compared to a more recent one and it's amazing to see the difference. Fancy fur does an incredible job! Her cut and style is always top notch since coming to Fancy Fur. Also I have no idea what the wash her hair in but it's so silky and shinny! Love thay we found Fancy Fur!
