Bill from Famous Tate in Spring hill didn't want to help us with a trim kit that's was on back order for 4 months. Calls me and says ," you can come pick it up" and that we need to get someone to install it. Bone head has zero interest in assisting us. Mind you we spend 7 thousand dollars.
