I can’t recommend Family Ways enough! From my first interaction with Rachel, I knew I was connecting with a very caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable professional. I would rate 3/5 mainly because our birth Doula was nice and knowledgeable but for our case at least it seemed that the nurses at the hospital were more pro-active and encouraging and our doula did not help us much on making important decisions. For example when asked when is the best time for you to join us she said it's up to you but we didn't really have an idea when she could help the most. Also in deciding what is a better time to take an epidural, our doula didn't help much to decide and said it's up to you and it's di... read more
